The SAREAA Executive Board will be formed comprising the top executives of the national EA associations, in due course of time. Until then, an ad hoc Executive Committee is performing some of the functions as stipulated in the SAREAA Constitution.

The following is the composition of the first SAREAA Executive Board constituted in the SAREAA Convention held in Godavari Resort, Kathmandu Nepal August 18-19, 2000. The next Convention will be held in the last quarter of 2002.
